Quite the meeting of the minds at our final Let's Do Trivia! game of 2024.
(Don't forget, we have our final-ever Survey Sez... happening at Sugar Beet this Tuesday, December 17 at 5:30pm. HS Management has decided to end Survey Sez... due to poor attendance numbers. The good news is they are asking to to replace it with a second Funky Bingo, which will occur twice monthly at The Beet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month at 5:30pm!)
At halftime, a paltry 10 points separated the top 10 teams! Amanda's Avengers ended the half on top but there was a solid showing from every team.
Waterside Wizards managed to edge out Amanda's Avengers going into the final question, but a 20 point wager and incorrect answer pushed them down to 6th place after the final question.
Thus, our winning team, on a zero wager, was Amanda's Avengers by ONE POINT as team Grey Fox answered the final correctly on their 20-point wager, ending in 2nd place!
NEW: Team Pride Bonus! If everyone on your team dress in any kind of theme, your team we receive a Themed Team Bonus of 3 points! Themes may be clothing-based such as colors, concert shirts, ties, etc., or maybe based on movies, TV shows, old west, farm, or anything you can dream up.
To meet the required time constraint of having the game completely done by 6pm, Heritage Shores will get it's own custom version of our game APP which will no longer include the On-time Bonus, ART Bonus, nor Music Bonus. There is also the possibility of starting the game 30-minutes earlier, at 3:30pm, which could allow us to keep these bonuses (and fun parts of the game) in place.
