Heritage Shores - Let's Do Trivia! - Blurb for JULY GAMES

Hello, 2nd and 4th Tuesday Trivia Players!

Reminder: To keep games at 4pm and done by 6pm...

There will be NO ON-TIME BONUS. I will place a special QR Code on each table which will direct you to the APP pages that do not contain an On-Time Bonus, so to save you some hassle, use this special QR code to register your team.

There will be no do-overs.

There will be no Round 2 Art Bonus (though the space to draw will still be there). And whatever you do, do NOT draw a fly.

There will be ONE Music Bonus Question (just ignore the second Music Bonus box on the APP). The Music Bonus question will always be, 'Name the group or artist who is performing the song I play, as that name would appear on the label of the record as the performing artist.'

2nd Tuesday Results: Game Date: 7/8/25

Grey Fox 2 strutted their little tushies in as though they were June's 2nd Tuesday winners... because that's exactly what they were! Not bad for a team that is named as though they were a mere spill-over from another team that grew too large. Either way, these folks are strong in the ways of the know.

At halftime, Links In were in a tie with Grey Fox 2 on top of the pile as Waterside Wizards were close enough behind them to describe their hygiene habits in detail. (I hope everyone remembers to say Hi, Jean! at Funky Bingo this week!)

Going into the home stretch Grey Fox 2 managed to jump 4 pts ahead of 2nd place Links In who found themselves to NOT be alone on their square as Shenanigans found the second half of the game to be well within their wheelhouse! 

Unlike the June come-from-behind victory, Grey Fox 2 held court throughout, correctly answering the final question and maintaining their grasp on that TROPHY🏆! Will they turn this two-fer into a three-fer next month? Will the other teams load up and prepare for battle? Will Tonto find the Lone Ranger in this storm? 4th Tuesday Results: Game Date: 7/21/25 

Oh, no, not again! strolled into the ballroom last week like CHAMPIONS! And they were, having won the June 4th Tuesday game!

At halftime they were 4 points our of 1st place but that was enough room be in 5th place! Wings and Links were on top, The Alternates were in 2nd and a tie between Waterside Wonders and Older Budweiser in 3rd at the half.

Skipping our way to the pre-final scores we saw some movement! Just like on TV's Survivor, you're never out! Keep pushing! Find some more gas in that tank! Older Budweiser was on top of the hill with a 4-point lead as we entered the final question! Waterside Wonders and Wings and Links were tied up in 2nd place.

In the end, we had another come-from-behind victory as 7th place Everything's Ducky took a bounding leap as the only team with the correct final answer and a bold 20-point wager! Awesome job!

REMEMBER! - This TUESDAY, July 29, we will be playing Music Lovers Trivia in the clubhouse ballroom! Details below ⬇️

In July there are 5 Tuesdays. Typically, there is no game in the clubhouse or at Sugar Beet on 5th Tuesdays. This July 29, we WILL HAVE a game of MUSIC TRIVIA at the Clubhouse. The format is the same as our Let's Do Trivia! gameshow but there will only be one main category; MUSIC.

Sub Categories will include: An Album Cover, Genre's, Decades, Lyrics, Guitar Solo, Music in Reverse, Song Meanings, Music Videos, the people who make music, and more. There will be audio clues, video clues, photo clues as well as typical spoken questions. This new gameshow is called "Music Lover's Trivia!"

For Heritage Shores, this game will be customized to cover music MOSTLY from 1955 through 1995. Feel free to study all you wish, but remember, you can't use any reference materials during the game. This is going to be a REALLY great time if you love music!
