Hello, 2nd and 4th Tuesday Trivia Players!
Reminder: In order to keep games at 4pm and done by 6pm:
There will be NO ON-TIME BONUS. I will place a special QR Code on each table which will direct you to the APP pages that do not contain an On-Time Bonus, so to save you some hassle, use this special QR code to register your team.
There will be no do-overs.
There will be ONE Music Bonus Question (just ignore the second Music Bonus box on the APP). The Music Bonus question will always be, 'Name the group or artist who is performing the song I play, as that name would appear on the label of the record as the performing artist.'

At halftime, 10-points separated last from first place with Swamp Fox on bottom and Amanda'a Avengers on top. Brainteasers were sniffing distance from 1st and Waterside Wonders were right in there, also.
Remember that we're here to have fun together. If your team is delivering or recieving the trophy at the end of the game, let's include some fanfare! Deliver the trophy like it's the Olympics! That's why I play the Olympic music when I announce the winning team! Also, folks, it took a lot of noise and convincing to get a bartender added to the room. Even if you get a soda, please consider dropping some business and a decent tip. You'll be in the ballroom for 2+hours. Be prepared to laugh, get to know your neighbors better, and celebrate your community. For an unannounced Round 2 Art Bonus - draw a bottle of beer!
After a challenging 4th Round, the gloves came off and we had a motivated group of teams, 7 of whom aced the 5th Round!
Going into the final, Amanda's Avengers had managed to hold onto the top spot while Shenanigans proved their team had the right stuff to be a contender! Going into the final in 3rd place was a new team name, Just Because We Can. Let's see if they did!
YUP! They did!
With 6 of the 11 teams correctly answering the final question, we were set up for a major flip-flop of positions. In the end, Just Because We Can threw down with a 20-point gain, taking the trophy.
Next 2nd Tuesday game is 9/9/25.
4th Tuesday Results: Game Date: 8/26/25
We saw 12 teams and 101 players.
There was a 14-point span between last and first places at the halftime. Waterside Wonders were on top with a near-perfect first half. On the other end we had some Dumb Luck who had only missed 3 regular round questions, however, the total points not earned for those 3 was 10. A little trip at the halftime increase their gap.

Going into the Final Question, 18th Legion flew into the top spot pushing Waterside Wonders into 2nd to tie with Wings & Links. With only the final question and wager remaining., who would bring the heat?
No team nailed the final correctly so it came down to wise wagering. Your Guess is as Good as Mine seemed to defy their own name to have guessed they didn't answer correctly and hope the question was too difficult for all, thus the zero wager. Well-played! 18th Legion rolled the dice on a 10-point wager showing modest confidence and attempting to protect their lead. It cost them the lead, but that's how the final question goes sometimes! Nice try!
