Heritage Shores – Let’s Do Trivia! – Blurb from 12/9/25
A packed Clubhouse Ballroom hosted 98 players across 11 teams for the final 2nd Tuesday game of the year. The first half was a tight shuffle, with Waterside Wizards leading at 44, followed closely by Links In at 40, Grey Fox at 39, and a dense middle pack all within striking distance.
The second half saw momentum swings and bonus boosts, with Waterside Wizards holding their lead at 69 heading into the Final. Grey Fox (66) and Links In (65) were right behind, while Delaweirdos and Brain Teasers surged to 63 apiece.
Final Question chaos reshuffled everything. Only Delaweirdos, Brain Teasers, Loopy Champs, and Links In answered correctly — and only Delaweirdos wagered enough to leap into first. Their modest 7‑point wager paid off, landing them at 70 and securing the win. Brain Teasers held at 63 for second, and Waterside Wizards dropped to 49 for third. The rest of the field scattered across the 40s and 30s, with Amanda’s Avengers and Shenanigans rounding out the night at 33 and 34, respectively.
Due to the deep-clean of the ballroom there was no 2nd Tuesday game in January.

The pre‑holiday edition at Heritage Shores brought out three determined teams and a lively crowd of 23 players. Older Budweiser put together a strong opening stretch, finishing the first half with 38 points. Wings & Links stayed in the chase with 29, and Dumb Luck kept things tight at 27, keeping all three teams within striking distance heading into the break.
With no Secret Art Bonus in play for this game, the second half came down to pure trivia grit. Older Budweiser extended their total to 70 heading into the Final, with Wings & Links at 59 and Dumb Luck at 57. All three teams missed the Final Question, but wagers made the difference: Older Budweiser held on with 60 to take the win, Dumb Luck’s zero‑point wager vaulted them into second with 57, and Wings & Links, resolved to go big or go home... closed out the night with 39 (then went home)😆.
A fun, competitive night all around — and a quiet ending for our 2025 season. But don't worry! We're back in '26, same Bat-Days, same Bat-Caves, Same Bat-times!

Heritage Shores – Music Lovers Trivia – Blurb from 12/30/25
The Clubhouse Ballroom turned into a jukebox sock-hop for the final 5th Tuesday of the year, with seven teams and 60 patrons grooving through a music-only showdown. Winks led the halftime charts with 41, trailed by The Alternates at 36, and The Why Nots at 35. The middle of the pack was a tight harmony, with Awesome Argall, Prime Timers, and HSC Newbies all within striking distance.
The second half was a medley of momentum. Winks kept their lead with a steady climb to 73, while The Why Nots and Awesome Argall hit matching high notes at 65. The Alternates stayed in the mix at 68, and Monotones and Prime Timers found their rhythm late, reaching 50 and 47, respectively.
Then came the Final Question — and the solos were wild. Awesome Argall nailed it with a full 20-point wager, rocketing to 85 and claiming the win. The Why Nots harmonized with a correct answer and a 10-point boost to land at 75. Winks played it safe with a zero wager, locking in third place at 73. Meanwhile, Monotones and Prime Timers both hit the right note and climbed to 70 and 67, respectively.
A fitting finale to 2025’s music trivia calendar — full of comebacks, crescendos, and one very well-timed power ballad from Awesome Argall.
